If I placed the order during weekend, when It will be processed?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, are processed same-day.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday are processed same-day only if accompanied by an extra $15.00 Saturday Delivery fee.
All other orders are processed next business day.
Can I choose the delivery method during I place the order?
No. All caviar products are packed with special insulated boxes with gel ice and shipped with FedEx Priority Overnight method to ensure fresh arrival. We provide Free FedEx Overnight Delivery for orders over $250.
What payment methods does Caviar-Deluxe.com accept?
www.Caviar-Deluxe.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We offer customers the ability to place a credit card order online or phone/fax in their credit card orders. In addition, we accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders as well as wire transfers. Please note that payments made without the use of a credit card will first have to be processed and cleared before any shipment will be made.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the continental US only. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) prohibits shipment of caviar beyond US borders.
We do not ship to PO boxes or FPO and APO addresses as well.
